Shipping policy

Shipment costs are as follows:

The Netherlands:  € 6, Orders over 200 euro: Free

EU:  € 12, Orders over 250 euro: Free

Rest of the World:  € 20, Orders over 300 euro: Free

The 'Berry' can be shipped in the mail. Which is free in The Netherlands, € 5 in Europe and the rest of the world. Note that this might take longer than a usual parcel. It is not traceable and has a higher risk of loss. If you prefer a regular parcel, let me know.

Transit times are different for every country. Within The Netherlands, usually one working day. International shipments take a few days up to two weeks, depending on the destination. Let me know if you would like to have more info on your location. If you would like to receive your order before a certain date, I can always make an express shipment, which has a reliable transfer time of at most 5 days. Let me know and I'll see what I can do. Depending on the destination, this might come with an extra charge. You will always receive a tracking code once your order is processed.

After ordering, the shipment will usually be made the next day. I keep the website up to date regarding stock. If an ordered product happens to be unavailable, I will contact you, you can still cancel the order.

For shipments outside the EU custom charges may apply in the receivers country. These are different per country. If these extra costs apply, they are for the receiver. For purchases from outside the EU no tax is applied on the product. On the site you see that prices are 'including tax', which in this case means: including 0% tax.
